How we’re going to help you
Fully coached, structured training programme designed to help you strengthen and tone your muscles
You’ll take part in 3 small group workouts per week with flexible workout times.
Members often say they feel they are getting personal training in these fully coached sessions. They will introduce you into the technique of using weights to tone areas you’d previously not managed whilst becoming the fittest, strongest and most confident you’ve every felt.
You’ll track your weights every session to help see your improvement’s which then motivate you to challenge yourself further.
Simple Nutrition analysis and challenges
No weighing foods, counting calories or points required. Once you gather data about your eating and lifestyle habits then you’ll have a clear personal action plan that we help you work through whilst giving you challenges to help you break through plateaus
Body MOT to make sure you’re achieving the results you desire
We’ll track your progress every 4 weeks with a Body MOT.
This is series of measurements to help you understand the story of weight loss better and not just focus on the scales. From the results we can check that you’re losing actual body fat whilst maintaining or slightly increasing muscle
Bonus! Fit Body Farm Workouts
When you join the Fit Body Club you can also come to as many as our larger group Fit Body Farm workouts as you like. These are constantly varied and fun, using a range of lighter equipment in exciting formats.
