Elaine has lost her baby weight (and then some) and is strong, lean and no longer the ‘quick fix queen’

Following the birth of my second baby, I was the most unfit, most unhealthy and heaviest I had been in my life.
As a formerly ‘fit’ person, I found that I hated the way I looked but, more importantly, I hated how I felt. Out of breath when playing with my older son, achey and struggling to do more than a walk, lacking in drive to do anything more than comfort eat.

Within a few weeks of joining FBF I realised this was not about a quick fix, but instead a structured, measured, sustainable process for lifelong health, fitness and wellbeing. The workouts became something I looked forward to - not a chore as exercise had previously been - and the competition with myself became the drive.

The nutritional coaching lessons built a solid foundation for a healthy lifestyle which was manageable and did not promote a deficit mindset - something I have struggled with in the past.

The coaching and the fundamentals from FBF have taught me that preserving your own wellbeing and ensuring you prioritise yourself is the only sure fire way to be anything for anyone/anything else. Even when stress levels are high, FBF is a support, release, medication and therapy to overcome.

Not only have I lost all of my baby weight, I am so much stronger and leaner than before. I am much more positive. I am braver and willing to take new risks. I feel like part of a team. No longer am I a quick-fix queen, I am a life long learner who will continue to work as hard as I can.

Before he started David felt stuck, overweight, unfit and ugly. Now his transformation has been ‘amazing’.

Before I started I felt as though I was stuck in a rut, overweight, unfit and ugly. I had tried many different approaches to lose weight - gyms, classes, personal trainers, fad diets you name it but nothing really worked or did but for not very long.

In the first 3 months at FBF I lost 22 lbs and dropped a Jean size and also became stronger by joining the Fit Body Club too. The last 11 months have been very challenging, as I’ve worked away from home in Norway a total of 7 months within that time. I didn’t want to use that as an excuse so I chose to continue following the nutrition coaching programme step by step and worked out most days.

As a result I’ve now lost over 40 lbs and feeling far more confident. With Fit Body Farm I was initially stepping right out of my comfort zone which is a good but hard thing to do, immediately you are made to feel welcome.There is no judgment here, just smiling faces, encouraging words and tremendous support all of the way and hey remember ‘IF NOTHING CHANGES THEN NOTHING CHANGES”

Nita was on the verge of being disabled. Now she has lost 4 stones and can deadlift her body weight.

I have always been overweight since my childhood days and was very unhappy about how I looked and felt. I was diagnosed with several chronic medical conditions. I was on 15 medications and I was on the verge of being so disabled that my doctor suggested cutting down my working hours and becoming part time.

I tried various ways to loose weight with very little effect until I found Fit Body Farm. Thanks to the constant encouragement by the coaches, I gradually started to get fitter and lost some weight which helped to improve my health.

FBF 365 has helped me to understand how I can maintain my current weight and fitness in THE long term.
My total weight loss is 4 stones and I’ve gone from a size 16 to an 8.

More importantly, I have finally been able to reverse my Type 2 Diabetis and High Blood Pressure. The total number of medication I take has reduced from 15 to just 4

Susan felt unhealthy, constantly tired and overwhelmed so she decided to ‘get a grip’, join FBF and lose 46 lbs.

Over 12 months ago I was feeling unhealthy, constantly tired, unable to concentrate, over whelmed and struggling with the stress of meeting deadlines for college while working full time. I was eating lots of high sugar foods as a quick fix energy source to get me through study sessions after work. I also used the excuse " I need to study" to avoid social events, exercise and to justify my poor food choices. This resulted in me gaining around 2 stone in weight, which added to extra pounds I already had.

I decided to get a grip and do something about how I was feeling. I had a bit of a slow start getting my head round the coaching lessons and habits, they are completely different from anything I have tried before. I was also a bit nervous about going to the FBF classes as I felt really unfit and thought I would never make it through a whole class.
This is where the support and advice from the coaches and the other members spurred me on to keep turning up and trying my best. 6 months later I had lost 23 pounds and could feel an improvement in my fitness.
Gavin then suggested I should try the Fit Body Club. I never thought I would do exercise that involved weight bars and dumbbells but after giving it a try I really enjoyed it. After 4 more month’s I had lost another 23 pounds and could see a big change in my body shape.
