How do you know if you’re ready to
make a change?
Like me, you’ve probably changed
your mind day by day, hour by hour,
minute by minute or second by second.
The worst time for me is when I’m
eating out at a nice restaurant
because I like EVERYTHING
I can change my mind multiple times
and sometimes I even just ask the
waiter or waitress to choose for me
and see what I get.
This level of indecision when you’re
eating out is probably harmless.
But in some cases indecision or
procrastination can be seriously
damaging to you.
Regularly people tell me how they’ve
been feeling stuck with their weight,
fitness or health for 5 – 10 years or
longer!
They blame work and family life taking
over and find every excuse possible
for not starting. The longer time goes on,
the more far fetched the excuses become…
Last week someone told me that their
trainers were out of fashion so they
couldn’t start – seriously.
Are you ready to change your lifestyle,
eating and exercise habits to achieve
the goal you desire most?
Hard to give a yes/no answer isn’t it.
You probably need me to ask you
more specific questions for you to
understand your readiness for
change.
I’ve come up with a short questionnaire
that will help you make some important
discoveries

P.S I’d love to know how you score and
what areas of change you’re struggling
with the most
Drop me an email once you’ve answered
these questions and I’ll see if I can help you
out.
